TITLE: SPEEDER IN ARREARS 11K
On Tuesday, August 31, at approximately 10:00 pm, Patrolman Andrew McCluskey stopped a vehicle operated by Kelvin Grant, age 43, of Bethlehem, PA on Interstate 78 West for speeding. During the stop, Ptl. McCluskey learned that Mr. Grant had a $11,430.xx child support warrant for his arrest out of the Union County Sheriff’s Department, a $750.xx motor vehicle warrant for his arrest out of Carteret, and a suspended New Jersey driver’s license. Ptl. McCluskey arrested Mr. Grant and issued him motor vehicle summonses for Driving While Suspended and Speeding (85 in a 65). When he was unable to post the necessary bail, Mr. Grant was taken to the Hunterdon County Jail.
