Monday, August 30, 2010 @ approximately 9:07 PM - Police arrested John T. Bailer, age 22 of Springfield, Pa, and charged him with unlawful possession of a weapon (hand gun) and possession of prohibited ammunition (hollow point bullets), following a traffic stop on Rt. 202/31. Bailer was initially stopped for failure to wear a seatbelt. He was also charged with failure to wear seatbelt, driving while suspended and failure to exhibit documents. Investigation and arrest by Sgt. Al Payne.
