Case # 10-1626  Tuesday August 24, 2010 at 1950 hours, George Hazelrigg age 38, of Titusville NJ turned himself in at police headquarters to satisfy a motor vehicle warrant out of Princeton Boro. Hazelrigg posted bail in the amount of $ 190.00 dollars and was released.

 

Case # 10-1627 Wednesday August 25, 2010 at 0050 hours, P/O Michael Gramlich stopped Michael A. Traurig age 43, of Stockton NJ on North Franklin Street for a headlight out. Traurig was subsequently arrested and charged with DWI. Refusal to submit to a breath test, maintenance of lamps, failure to exhibit a valid registration, suspended drivers license, and reckless driving. Traurig was also charged with possession of suspected marijuana. Traurig was released ror.

 

Case # 10-1637  Wednesday August 25, 2010 at 2035 hours, Jiminez-Avila age 22, of Lambertville NJ turned himself in at police headquarters on a motor vehicle warrant . Avila posted bail in the amount of $500.00 dollars and was released.

 

Case # 10-1647    Friday August 29. 2010 at 0120 hours, Wayne P. Carberry age 42, of Penndel PA was stopped by Sgt Robert Brown on State highway 29 for failure to keep right. Carberry was subsequently arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia a crack pipe commonly used to smoke crack cocaine. Failure to keep right, failure to exibit a drivers license, cds in a motor vehicle, and a warrant out of Trenton Municipal Court was found for $632.00 dollars. Carberry posted bail was was released ror.

 

Case # 10-1655 Thursday August 28, 2010 at 0250 hours, Sgt Robert Brown observed Megan E. Loss age 26, of Lambertville NJ urinating on State Highway 165 near County Route 518. Loss was charged with disorderly conduct, and depositing waste material on street. Loss was released ror.

 

Case # 10-1658 Saturday August 28, 2010 at 1739 hours, SFC Michael O’Rourke received a report of a vehicle traveling north on State Highway 29 on the rim. Steven C. East age 49, of Langhorne PA was subsequently arrested and charged with DWI,  driving with a suspended drivers license, careless driving, and reckless driving. East was released to a friend.

 

Case # 10-1660 Saturday august 28, 2010 at 2253 hours, Sgt Robert Brown stopped Shari A. Swansboro age 51, of Lambertville NJ on County Route 518 for failure to keep right. Swansboro was subsequently arrested and charged with DWI, reckless driving, and failure to keep right. Swansboro was released to a friend.

 

Case # 10-1662 Sunday August 29, 2010 at 0100 hours, P/O Sharon Polyak stopped Ricardo Scariatella age 39, of Hopewell Twsp NJ on State Highway for speeding. Scariatella was subsequently arrested and charged with DWI, speeding, and careless driving. Scariatella was released ror to a friend.

 

CASE 10-1669 Sunday August 29, 2010 at 2045 hours, Trevor C. Burns age 27, of Keansburg NJ was stopped on Alexauken creek Road by Sgt Robert Brown for speeding. Burns was subsequently arrested and charged with  possession of suspected Marijuana, drug paraphernalia a glass pipe commonly used to smoke Marijuana, and drugs in a motor vehicle after Sgt Brown smelled burnt Marijuana coming from within the vehicle. Burns was also charged with speeding and released ror.

 

CASE # 10-1670 Monday August 30, 2010 at 0154 hours, Stephen G. Somers age 51, of Cinnaminson NJ was stopped by Sgt Robert Brown on State Highway 29 for failure to maintain lane and for obstructing traffic. Somers was subsequently arrested and charged with DWI, obstructing traffic, failure to maintain lane, and reckless driving. Somers was released to a friend.

 

CASE # 10-1671 Monday August 30, 2010 at 0247 hours, Alexander R. Knechel age 26, of Lambertville NJ was arrested and charged with DWI by P/O Michael Gramlich. Knechel was released to a friend.
