On Aug. 27, 2010 at approx. 9:20 PM, Ptl. James Crilly stopped a vehicle on Center Street driven by Deborah Ferrier, 48 of Lebanon, NJ for Tailgating and Careless Driving. Upon interviewing Ferrier, Ptl. Crilly observed signs of intoxication. Ferrier was arrested and charged with Tailgating, Careless Driving and Driving while Intoxicated. She was released.
