TITLE: HUNTERDON COUNTY 4-H Art Exhibit winners
 

The 2010 4-H Art show at the Hunterdon County 4-H & Agricultural Fair consisted of entries exhibited by our very talented 4-H members. Entries included sculpture, printmaking, batik, paintings, and drawings. There were 8 talented artists that participated in Division I. Paige Whitmore received Best of Show with her watercolor painting, “Halloween Village,” which also received an excellent. She also received one good award. Emily Stacy received one good award for her piece. Sara Murphy was awarded two goods. Kevin Sievers had four entries and received a good for each of them. Emily Szmul got a good for her entry. Nicholas Millan won two very good and one good award. Mercy Stehlin was awarded two very goods. Casey Bolanowski won three very good awards and one good. Division II included artwork submitted by the older 4-H members. Elizabeth Leach won Best of Show with her mixed media piece, “Willing Worker.” She also received an excellent and a very good award. Alysia Pinkerton won a very good and a good. Emma Vernon’s pieces both received excellent awards. Kathryn Sinko won two very goods and one good for her art. Emily Murphy’s piece received a very good. Anna DeSapio also got one very good award. Marne Vernon received four very good awards and six goods for the ten pieces she entered. Justin Propper’s pieces received a very good and a good. Courtney Zyla won first place for her pottery that was hand formed and glazed. This piece also received an excellent award. Jonah Dabb won one very good and one good. Samantha Bredael won three very goods for the artwork she submitted. Allie Bredael’s six pieces all received very goods. In addition, there was one entry in the Clover Bud Division. Diane Lopez received a participation award for her artwork. Stop by the 4-H Ramsburg Building at the Hunterdon County 4-H & Agricultural Fair to see all of our talented 4-H members’ artwork on display.
