TITLE: SPEEDING POT SMOKER PINCHED
Friday, March 05, 2010 @ approximately 9:51 PM - Police arrested Thomas A. Delio, age 22 of Blackwood, and charged him with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia (pipe) following a traffic stop on South Main Street. Delio was a passenger in a vehicle that was initially stopped for speeding. Investigation and arrest by Sgt. Al Payne.
