TITLE: SAME OLD STORY - light out DUI
Sunday, March 07, 2010 @ approximately 1:35 AM - Police arrested Gary F. Sweeney, age 27 of Philadelphia, PA, and charged him with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Rt. 31. Sweeney was originally stopped for a malfunctioning rear license plate light and failure to keep right. He was also charged with maintenance of lamps and failure to keep right. Investigation and arrest by Det. Robert Landolina.
