Case # 10-0184 Sunday January 31,
2010 at 2230 hours, John F. Molenari age 40, of Lambertville NJ was
arrested by Sgt Robert Brown after Brown went to his residence to
serve a court order and a criminal complaint. Molenari refused to
open his door and was charged with Hindering Apprehension, and
failure to obey a lawful order from a law enforcement officer.
Molenari was released ror.
Case # 10-0196 Thursday February 4,
2010 at 1400 hours, Daniel J. Diacik age 35, of Kendall Park NJ
turned himself in to P/O Sharon Polyak at police headquarters on an
outstanding motor vehicle warrant out of Lambertville Municipal
Court for $ 400.00 dollars. Diacik posted bail and was released.
Case # 10-0208 Friday February 5,
2010 at 1015 hours, Edward A. Dougherty age 48, of Upper Black Eddy
PA turned himself in to SFC Michael O’Rourke at police headquarters
on an outstanding motor vehicle warrant out of Kinnelon Boro
Municipal Court for $185.00 dollars. Dougherty posted bail and was
released.
Case # 10-0209 Friday February 5,
2010 at 1320 hours, Joseph N. Disalvi age 29, of Buckingham PA was
stopped by P/O Sharon Polyak on State Highway 29 and Cherry street.
Disalvi was found to have an active motor vehicle warrant out of
Hopewell Twsp Municipal Court for $ 2,500.00 dollars. Disalvi posted
bail and was released.
