TITLE: SPEEDING ON THE CELL PHONE - DUI
 

Saturday, January 30, 2010 @ approximately 12:20 AM - Police arrested Jonathan G. Tice, age 26 of Bath, PA., and charged him with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Rt. 31. Tice was initially stopped for speeding and failure to maintain lane control. Tice was also charged with speeding, failure to maintain lane control, use of wireless telephone/electronic communication device in moving vehicle. Investigation and arrest by Sgt. Scott Lessig.
