TITLE: WITH NO LICENSE PLATE MAN HAS NO LICENSE
 

Saturday, January 30, 2010 @ approximately 4:20 PM - Police arrested Salim R. Newton, age 23 of Piscataway, and charged him with hindering his own apprehension following a traffic stop on Church Street Extension. Newton was initially stopped for not having a license plate or registration marking on the rear of his vehicle and gave false information to the officer. Newton was also charged with driving while suspended and obstructed view. Newton was additionally served with a warrant issued by the Middlesex County Superior Court. Investigation and arrest by Ptl.
