TITLE: SUSPICIOUS VEHICLE LEADS TO ARREST
Saturday, January 30, 2010 @ approximately 11:30 PM - Police arrested Derek J. Kosecki, age 23 of Raritan Township, and charged him with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia (pipe) and obstructing the administration of law following a traffic stop on Cider Mill Road. Kosecki was initially stopped as a suspicious vehicle and for an obstructed rear license plate. Kosecki was also charged with unclear plates, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle and backing/turning in the street. Investigation and arrest by Det. Robert Landolina
