TITLE: NO SEATBELTS LEAD TO POT IN THE A.M
 

Monday, February 01, 2010 @ approximately 7:35 AM - Police arrested Nicholas H. Davitt, age 30 of Lansdale, PA., and charged him with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana following a traffic stop on Rt. 31. Davitt was a passenger in a vehicle that was initially stopped because both he and the driver were not wearing a seatbelt. Davitt was also charged with failure to wear a seatbelt. Investigation and arrest by Ptl. Ryan Garbolino.
