FLEMINGTON, N.J. (January 26, 2010) – Breast cancer has changed Evelyn Bachelder-Pineno’s perspective on life in many ways, but she had no idea the grueling disease would help her launch a new business as the co-owner of All Occasion Gift Baskets Online.

“One day I was trying to recover after a rough radiation therapy session, when the doorbell rang,” said Pineno, 53. “I really did not want to answer the door, but I was glad I did. It was a beautiful get well gift basket delivery. In seconds I went from near tears to feeling overjoyed. I told myself that one day I would like to give that same wonderful feeling to someone else, not just once, but every day.”

Pineno’s cancer has been in remission for four years and she developed a hobby for making decorative gift baskets. Pineno and her husband, Jonathan, recently took her passion for gift baskets to a new level with the launch of All Occasion Gift Baskets Online – www.AllOccasionGiftBasketsOnline.com – a Flemington based online business that offers over 400 baskets.

Evelyn and Jonathan, 56, were married a little over a year ago. This second marriage for both also brought together their two entrepreneurial spirits. Evelyn is an endodontic dental assistant/office manager in Flemington by day and a gift basket designer by night. Jonathan recently retired after a 34-year career as a music teacher in Pennsylvania and has owned and managed several other businesses.

“We really felt there was a need for our gift baskets to assist very busy people who don’t have the time to shop,” said Jonathan. “We are focusing on people in Hunterdon, Warren and Somerset counties and the Lehigh Valley because we want to be very involved in the communities where we do business.   Our Web site has a wide variety of gift baskets to meet most needs and our niche market will be custom gift baskets.  Evelyn and I work well together to create and decorate unique custom gift baskets for all occasions.”

“I chose All Occasion to create a dozen custom gift baskets for friends and colleagues during the holidays,” said Buckley. “Jonathan and Evelyn were just outstanding to deal with and all my friends loved the baskets – they were really special gifts.”
