June 29, 2009 at 3:00 PM – Police arrested Douglas Andersen, age 21 of Holmdel, and charged him with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia (pipe) following a traffic stop on Route 202/31. Andersen was initially stopped for not wearing a seatbelt. He was also charged with failure to wear a seatbelt and possession of drugs in a motor vehicle. Arrest by Ptl. Joseph Canonica.
