CASE # 08-0805 Saturday May 10, 2008 at 0845 hours, MATTHEW A. ESHELMAN age 24, of Lambertville NJ was arrested by P/O Anthony Memolo on North Main Street for failure to appear on an assault charge out of Lambertville Municipal Court. ESHELMAN posted bail of $ 1000.00 dollars and was released.
CASE # 08-0810 Saturday May 10, 2008 at 1830 hours, CHARLES W. CURRAN age 19, of Carversville PA turned himself into P/O Kenneth Housman on an outstanding motor vehicle warrant out of Lambertville Municipal Court. CURRAN posted bail of $ 120.00 dollars and was released.
CASE # 08-0815 Sunday May 11, 2008 at 0325 hours, ZANE G. LELO age 40, of Lambertville NJ was stopped by P/O Michael Gramlich on Cty Rte 518 & Rock Road West for failure to maintain lane. LELO was subsequently arrested and charged with DUI, RECKLESS DRIVING, refusal to submit to a breath test, and failure to maintain lane. LELO released pending court action.
CASE # 08-0820 Sunday May 11, 2008 at 1202 hours, P/O Michael Miloszar responded to a residence on Ferry Street for a barking dog complaint. P/O Miloszar found the rear door to the residence open, the television on and the dog barking loudly. P/O Miloszar entered the residence to conduct a welfare check and found six marijuana plants growing in the basement. While at the residence the tenant CHRISTOPHER W. LEARY age 31, of Lambertville NJ returned home. LEARY was arrested and charged with manufacturing and possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. LEARY was released pending court action.
