            The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths present that Dean A. Hoagland, on or about February 16, 2008, in the Township of Lebanon, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did unlawfully take or exercise unlawful control over the moveable property of CARS Auto Body, that is, 1 steel vehicle rim, 6 radiators and air conditioner condensers, having a value of more than $500.00, with purpose to deprive the owner thereof, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:20-3, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.
