COUNT 1                               AGGRAVATED ASSAULT                                    2ND DEGREE

                                   

 

            The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths present that Anthony D. Zullo, on or about June 19, 2007, in the Township of Raritan, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, purposely did attempt to cause, or purposely or knowingly did cause serious bodily injury to Laurens Bloch, or under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life recklessly causes such serious bodily injury, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-1b(1), and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.

 

 

COUNT 2                               CONTEMPT                                                              4TH DEGREE

                                               

            The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths further present that Anthony D. Zullo, on or about February 1, 2008, in the Township of Raritan, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, purposely or knowingly did disobey a judicial order by violating the “no contact” provision of his bail conditions contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C: 29-9a, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.

COUNT 3                   WITNESS TAMPERING                                                   3RD DEGREE

                       

            The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths further present that Anthony D. Zullo, on or about September 27, 2007, in the Township of Raritan, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, believing that an official proceeding or investigation was pending or about to be instituted, knowingly did attempt to induce or otherwise cause   Laurens Bloch, to testify or inform falsely,  by threatening “I’m going to get you” contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:28-5a, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.

           

COUNT 4                   CONTEMPT                                                                          4TH DEGREE

                                               

            The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths further present that Anthony D. Zullo, on or about September 27,2007, in the Township of Raritan, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, purposely or knowingly did disobey a judicial order by violating the “no contact” provision of his bail conditions contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C: 29-9a, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.

 

COUNT 5                   TERRORISTIC THREATS                                     3RD DEGREE

 

              The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths further present that Anthony Zullo, on or about September 27, 2007, in the Township of Raritan, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, with purpose to terrorize Laurens Bloch, or in reckless disregard of the risk of causing such terror, did

threaten to commit a crime of violence, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:12-3a, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.
