On Wednesday, May 14, at approximately 2:45 pm, a 1991 BMW operated by Chase Wulff, age 21, of Lebanon, was proceeding across Route 31 from the Halstead Street jughandle when a Toyota Camry turned left in front of Mr. Wulff’s vehicle. The two vehicles collided and the impact caused Mr. Wulff’s vehicle to spin around one hundred and eighty (180) degrees and strike the concrete island on Halstead Street. A rear tire blew out as a result. The driver of the Toyota pulled over briefly but then drove away. Although Mr. Wulff was uninjured, his vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
