On Wednesday, May 14, at approximately 1:25 pm, officers were alerted to a suspicious person on East Street in Annandale. A seventy-five (75) year-old female resident of East Street advised that a “large” Latino female had walked onto her (the resident’s) porch. The resident told the woman to leave, which she did apparently without explanation as to why she was on the porch and what her intentions were. Officers checking the area did speak with a witness who reported seeing the woman standing on a nearby street corner. The officers were unable to locate the woman, however.
