In accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, you are hereby

Special Meeting on Thursday, May 15, 2008 at 8:00 p.m. in the Assembly Room of Building #1,

in the Hunterdon County Complex on Route 12, Raritan Township. The Agenda to the extent

that it is presently known is:

1. Continuation of a hearing, at the request of Franklin Township, as to whether

Garden State Growers/Quaker Valley Farms/Den Hollander has violated the terms of

the May, 2003 Site Specific Agricultural Management Practice resolution adopted by

the Board.

2. Consider a presentation of Franklin Township as to a right to farm dispute on

Block 49 Lot 15 by Garden State Growers/Quaker Valley Farms/Den Hollander.

3. Any other items subsequently submitted by either parties

4. Any other matters which lawfully may come to the attention of the Board

Copies of this notice have been posted on the first and second floor of the Main Street County

Complex, 71 Main Street, Building #1, Flemington, New Jersey, and on the first floor of

Building #1, Route 12 County Complex. The notice was filed in the Office of the County Clerk

on April 28, 2008. This notice was faxed to the following newspapers on April 25, 2008:

Hunterdon County Democrat, The Beacon, The Courier, Hunterdon Review, The Times, Star

Ledger and The Express, newspapers designated to receive such notices. It was also posted on

line at the Hunterdon County News.
