On Tuesday, May 6, at approximately 7:35 pm, a female motorist observed a man standing next to a dark-colored Trans Am-type vehicle on Route 31 North near Interstate 78. Although the male was wearing a maroon t-shirt, he was naked from the waste down and appeared to be engaged in a sex act. The man was described as a white male of medium height, approximately forty-five (45) years-old, and having a paunch.
