On Saturday, May 10, Patrolman Umair Latif met with an officer of the Phillipsburg Police Department who turned over Kyle Rivera, age unknown, of Phillipsburg. Mr. Rivera had a $701.xx criminal warrant for his arrest out of the North Hunterdon Municipal Court stemming from charges filed by the Clinton Township Police Department. When he was unable to post the necessary bail, Mr. Rivera was transported to the Hunterdon County Jail.
