All subjects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

CASE # 08-0738 Wednesday April 30, 2008 at 1655 hours, JUSTIN LANE age 25, of Hancock street in Lambertville reported to P/O Joseph Weber an act of criminal mischief. LANE stated someone had thrown a glass patio table off of his rear balcony onto the ground and broken it.

CASE # 08-0740 Wednesday April 30, 2008 at 2000 hours, Donna NAYLOR age 61, of McCready’s Alley reported an act of criminal mischief. NAYLOR reported to Sgt. Robert Brown someone had thrown eggs at her residence and her parked vehicle.

CASE # 08-0743 Thursday May 1, 2008 at 0722 hours, P/O Anthony Memolo stopped RICHARD A.PRICE age 33, of Trevose PA on State Hwy 29 for not wearing a seatbelt. PRICE was found to have two active warrants from Burlington NJ. Totaling $ 600.00 dollars. PRICE posted bail and was released.

CASE # 08-0764 Sunday May 4, 2008 at 0748 hours, P/O Anthony Memolo observed VIRGINIA PARDY age 29, of Lambertville NJ in a yard on Hancock Street. PARDY was known to have an active warrant out of the Hunterdon County Sheriff’s Department for failure to pay child support. PARDY was arrested and transported to the Hunterdon County jail.
