Culinary students from Hunterdon County Polytech will be showcasing their cooking skills and baking talents at the Artful Indulgences Fund Raiser on Monday April 14 at the Beaver Brook Country Club, Clinton Township. 

Teacher-Chef Paul Ingenito, Perryville Inn and 2007 – 2008 Polytech Teacher of the Year Pat Philbin, Baking instructor, will be supervising the preparation of the food which supports the North Hunterdon Municipal Alliance, a community-based effort of the Governor’s Council on alcohol and drug abuse.  The event features local cuisine, art and music.  All proceeds raised will support these programs.
