            The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths present that Mannix D. Washington, on or about September 17, 2007, in the Township of Clinton, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did falsely pretend to hold a position as a law enforcement officer with purpose to induce another to submit to such pretended official authority or otherwise to act in reliance upon that pretense, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:28-8b, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.
