COUNT 1                   UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON                    3^RD DEGREE

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths present that William L. Hockenbury, on or about July 21, 2007, in the Borough of Lebanon, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, knowingly did possess a certain weapon, that is, a Colt .22 Caliber revolver without having first obtained a permit as provided as provided in N.J.S.A. 2C: 58-4, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C: 39-5b, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.

COUNT 2                   UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON                    3^RD DEGREE

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths further present that William L. Hockenbury, on or about July 21, 2007, in the Borough of Lebanon, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, knowingly did possess a certain weapon, that is, a High Standard..22 Caliber revolver, without having first obtained a permit to carry same as provided in N.J.S.A. 2C: 58-4, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C: 39-5b, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.

COUNT 3       UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF A WEAPON                     3^RD  DEGREE

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths further present that William L. Hockenbury, on or about July 21, 2007, in the Borough of Lebanon, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, knowingly did possess a certain weapon, that is, a Winchester 30-30 rifle, without having first obtained a firearms purchaser identification card in accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 58-3, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C: 39-5c, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.

Hockenbury, on or about July 21, 2007, in the Borough of Lebanon, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did purchase, own, possess or control firearms’, specifically a Colt .22 Caliber revolver, a High Standard .22 Caliber revolver and a Winchester 30-30 rifle, having previously been convicted of Aggravated Assault, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:39-7b(1), and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.
