            The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths present that David Mitchell, on divers dates between on or about July 2007 and September   2007 in the Township of Raritan, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did, having been convicted of a crime which requires registering under “Megan’s Law,” failed to register his change of address with local law enforcement, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:7-2d, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.
