On Saturday, January 12, Patrolman Mathew Wilson arrested Kyle Rivera, age 22, of Phillipsburg, for a $1,251.xx criminal warrant that originated out of Clinton Township. Mr. Rivera was turned over to Patrolman Wilson by the Phillipsburg Police Department. When he was unable to post the necessary bail, Mr. Rivera was transported to the Hunterdon County Jail.
