Raritan Valley Community College’s (RVCC) Corporate & Continuing Education (CCE) division will present a program on How to Purchase and Flip Foreclosed Properties, Saturday, January 19, from 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., at the College’s North Branch Campus. The class offers strategies for those who are interested in renovating and flipping a property, holding it for long-term equity appreciation, or building a real estate portfolio with monthly positive cash flow. Topics include budgeting for the unexpected; financing foreclosures with little-to-no down payment; negotiating with property owners during the pre-foreclosure state; and positioning yourself as a cash buyer at the bidding. The top 10 foreclosure resources are also featured.
