The township committee took the following action last night.

This came upon the request/sugggestion of the county freeholder board

Adoption of a Resolution in opposition to A-4384/S-2955 which would require every construction contract entered into pursuant to the “Local Public Contracts Law” to contain a provision for renegotiation upon the fluctuation of the price of a key construction material.
