If you are a wine drinker this is something to put on  your shelf. Basically what it does is allow your wine to breathe almost instantaneously. The Aerator is about three and a half inches high and an inch or two wide. The bottom easily fits into the top of the skinniest wine glass and all you do is pour your wine through the device and into your glass and whallah  - shazzzzzzzzam  your wine is properly injected with the needed air to give it great body.

Lets face it, the economy is knocking the socks of a lot of people and spending 35 bucks on a bottle of wine may not be in the cards at the moment. The great thing about this device is you can buy a large bottle of something like Penguin Cabernet, which let's face it is not the greatest wine in the world at 8 dollars a big bottle,  and run it through the aerator and you have upgraded it into a very drinkable bottle of wine.

The nice thing is that if you are going to a BYO, such a Pru Thai down in Clinton you can take the Aerator along, it easily fits in your suit jacket or blazer pocket, and you have great tasting wine at an affordable price.

HC NEWS recommends this product. And we have learned that it was purchased at the liquor store next to Shop Rite in Clinton at the recommendation of the Wine Master.
