HUNTERDON COUNTY -   Tiger Woods 09 from EA sports is sadly a triple bogie in the Wii world of home interactive video games.

First - the set up takes entirely too long, building your own game player can take almost up to an hour.  

Second - the game takes entirely too long between shots, with tiger giving you longing glances that are simply unnecessary. In addition, in this same vein you don't need a long description of every hole before you play it, there should be a way to turn that option off as it nearly doubles the playing time.

Third - and most important - the putting stinks - STINKS - you have to take what amounts to a full golf swing to get the ball moving on the green. It is no way to combine the interactive brilliance of the Wii with practice putting for those golfers who want to keep their stroke grooved in the winter season. The original Will game package comes with a sports package that includes bowling tennis golf etc… and the putting on that is a true to real that you can get from video. How ea and their designers couldn't mimic that is incredible. It is hard to believe that Tiger Woods actually endorses the product with the putting being that bad.
