            The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths present that Neil P. Reinecker, on or about January 27, 2008, in the Township of Readington, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court did, knowingly did start a fire at 1 Shade Lane, with the purpose of destroying a building or structure owned by himself and Leona Darby, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:17-1a(2), and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.

COUNT 2                   CONTEMPT                                                                          4^TH DEGREE

            The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths further present that Neil P. Reinecker, on or about January 27, 2008, in the Township of Readington, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, purposely or knowingly did violate a provision in an order entered under the provisions of the “Prevention of

Domestic Violence Act of 1991.”  P.L. 1991, 261 (C.2C:25-1-7 et al.), contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C: 29-9b, and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.

COUNT 3                              CRIMINAL MISCHIEF                                       3^RD  DEGREE

            The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths further present that Neil P. Reinecker, on or about January 27, 2008, in the Township of Readington, County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, purposely or knowingly did damage tangible property of himself and Leona Darby, causing pecuniary loss in excess of $2,000.00, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:17-3a(1), and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.
