The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths present that Kenneth C. Howell, III, in the Township of Lebanon, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did purchase, own, possess or control a weapon, specifically, a switchblade knife, having previously been convicted of a crime of, Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:39-7(a), and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.
COUNT 2 CERTAIN PERSONS NOT TO 2nd DEGREE
HAVE WEAPONS
The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Hunterdon, upon their oaths present that Kenneth C. Howell, III, in the Township of Lebanon, in the County of Hunterdon, and within the jurisdiction of this Court, did purchase, own, possess or control a firearm, specifically, a .38 caliber handgun, having previously been convicted of a crime of, Possession of a Prohibited Weapon, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 2C:39-7(b), and against the peace of this State, the Government and dignity of the same.
