As part of our 40th Anniversary Celebration, the Clinton First Aid and Rescue Squad is hosting an Expert Panel Discussion: "The Future of Community-Based Emergency Services" at 1:00 pm, Saturday, August 23, 2008 at our headquarters building, 48 Old Highway 22, Clinton, NJ 08809.
Experts from New Jersey's emergency medical services will be on-hand to share their perspectives on the future of EMS in New Jersey, including topics like the recent NJ EMS Study; regionalization and the decline in volunteerism. The following experts are scheduled to join us:

o       C. David Gwin, Chief, Hillsborough Rescue Squad;
o       Fran Pagurek, Chief, Mount Laurel Emergency Medical Services;
o       Frank Setnicky, Chief, Clinton First Aid and Rescue Squad; and
o       Bill Faust, Volunteer EMT Representative, NJ EMS Advisory Council, and Operations Chief, Clinton First Aid and Rescue Squad
Following brief presentations by each panelist, the audience will be invited to ask questions of the experts and learn more about the challenges and opportunities facing community-based emergency services providers. This is a rare opportunity to hear the perspectives of a wide-range of experts at a single event.
