Use Regulations" (Amending Standards And The Schedule Of Zoning
Requirements) Of The Code Of The Township Of Clinton, 2003, To Add
The Definition Of "Columbarium" And Modify The Definitions Of
"Mausoleum" And "Mausoleum, Family."
Ordinance # 969-08 An Ordinance Supplementing And Amending Chapter 165 Entitled
"Land Use Regulations" (Amending Standards And The Schedule
Of Zoning Requirements) Of The Code Of The Township Of
Clinton, 2003, As Heretofore Supplemented And Amended Is
Hereby Supplemented And Amended To Revise The Definition Of
A Structure And Prescribe Which Structures Are Permitted Within
Yard Setback Areas.
RESOLUTIONS:
